Main
  • 1 cup fresh yuzu juice about 6-8 yuzu fruits
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice about 4-5 lemons
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes for serving
  • Slices of lemon or yuzu for garnish optional

Equipment

  • Measuring cup
  • Pitcher
  • Stirring spoon
  • Glass serving cups

Method

  1. Start by cutting the yuzu fruits and lemons in half.

  3. In a medium bowl, combine the fresh yuzu and lemon juice with the granulated sugar. Stir until the sugar completely dissolves.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pitcher and add four cups of cold water. Stir well to combine.
  5. Let the lemonade chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. While the lemonade chills, prepare your serving glasses by filling each with ice cubes.
  7. Once chilled, pour the yuzu lemonade over the ice-filled glasses.
  8. Garnish with slices of lemon or yuzu if desired.
  9. Taste the lemonade and adjust sweetness by stirring in more sugar if necessary.
