Ingredients

Main
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice about 6 lemons
  • 3/4 cup fresh lime juice about 5 limes
  • 2 cups fresh orange juice about 6 oranges
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 liters sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves loosely packed
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup orange slices for garnish
  • 2 cups ice

Equipment

  • Large punch bowl or pitcher (4+ quarts)
  • Cutting board and sharp knife
  • Citrus juicer or reamer
  • Wooden spoon for stirring
  • Ladle for serving
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Strainer (optional, for pulp-free punch)
  • Ice bucket or cooler

Method

  1. Cut lemons, limes, and oranges in half and juice them thoroughly using a citrus juicer.
  2. Strain the fresh citrus juices through a fine strainer to remove pulp and seeds.
  3. Combine honey and water in the punch bowl and stir until the honey fully dissolves.
  4. Pour the strained citrus juice into the honey water mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Place mint leaves in a cup and gently muddle with the back of a spoon to release oils without bruising.
  6. Add the muddled mint, raspberries, and sliced strawberries to the punch base and stir gently.
  7. Refrigerate the punch base for at least 1 hour to chill and allow flavors to meld.
  8. Just before serving, add the sparkling water and ice to the chilled punch base and stir gently.
  9. Float orange slices on top, ladle into glasses over fresh ice, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a boozy version, add 1–2 cups of rum, vodka, or brandy just before serving and adjust sweetness as needed.
