Main
  • 1/2 cup cold brew coffee concentrate
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons simple syrup or vanilla syrup
  • 1/3 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • 1.5 cups ice cubes
  • Whipped cream for topping (optional)
  • Chocolate syrup drizzle for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Pour 1/2 cup cold brew coffee concentrate into the blender.
  2. Add 1 cup whole milk to the blender.
  3. Stir in 3 tablespoons simple syrup or vanilla syrup.
  4. Add 1/3 cup chocolate chips to the blender.
  5. Fill the blender with 1.5 cups ice cubes.
  6. Blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  7. Check the texture and if too thick add a splash more milk or if too thin add more ice and briefly blend.
  8. Divide the frappuccino evenly between two tall glasses.
  9. Top each glass with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.

Notes

For best results freeze your blender pitcher for 15 minutes before blending and serve immediately while cold and thick.
