  • 2 cups white rum
  • 1 cup dark rum
  • 3 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup grenadine
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup mixed fruit pineapple, oranges, and cherries
  • Club soda to taste
  • Ice for serving

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and equipment on a clean counter.
  2. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice and stir until blended.
  3. Pour in the white rum and dark rum into the juice mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Stir in the grenadine until the punch takes on a uniform sunset hue.
  5. Add the mixed fruit to the punch and gently stir to incorporate.
  6. Chill the punch in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  7. When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice and pour the chilled punch over the ice.
  8. Top each glass with club soda to taste for a fizzy finish and garnish as desired.

Serve over ice and garnish with fresh fruit slices or mint leaves for an extra pop of color.
