Red Bull Italian Soda

Ingredients
  

Main
  • 4 fl oz about half an 8.4 oz can Red Bull Energy Drink
  • 3 fl oz unflavored or lightly flavored Sparkling Water
  • 1.5 fl oz Heavy Cream or Half-and-Half
  • 4-5 Ice Cubes

Equipment

  • 10-12 ounce tall glass
  • Bar spoon or regular spoon
  • Can opener (if needed)
  • Bottle of sparkling water

Method
 

  1. Fill a 10-12 ounce tall glass halfway with 4-5 ice cubes.
  2. Pour 4 fl oz of Red Bull Energy Drink over the ice, tilting the glass slightly.
  3. Slowly add 3 fl oz of sparkling water by pouring down the side of the glass.
  4. Gently stir the mixture once with a bar spoon to chill and combine.
  5. Place a bar spoon upside down just above the liquid surface.
  6. Slowly pour 1.5 fl oz of heavy cream or half-and-half over the back of the spoon to layer.
  7. Wait a few seconds for the cream to form a distinct top layer.
  8. Insert a straw through the layers, sip gently, and adjust fizz or cream thickness as desired.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best visual layering effect and chill all ingredients for at least 15 minutes before assembly.
