Method
- Fill a pint glass with ice cubes and let it chill for 30 seconds.
- Measure 4 to 6 ounces of tomato juice into the glass.
- Add 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce to the tomato juice.
- Add 2 to 3 dashes of hot sauce and stir gently with a bar spoon.
- Sprinkle in a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of sea salt, then stir to combine.
- Open the 12-ounce lager bottle or can.
- Slowly pour the beer into the glass at a 45° angle to minimize foam.
- Give a gentle stir to blend the tomato juice and beer without deflating carbonation, then taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
- Squeeze a lime wedge over the drink, drop it in as garnish, and serve immediately.
Notes
Use ice-cold beer and chilled tomato juice for best texture and flavor; serve immediately to preserve carbonation.
