- Rinse the fresh raspberries under cold water to remove any dirt or impurities.
- Place the washed raspberries and 2 cups of water in a blender and blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large bowl to separate the juice from seeds and pulp.
- Stir in the sugar while the juice is still warm to ensure it dissolves evenly.
- Add the remaining 2 cups of water and stir well to adjust the juice strength to your preference.
- Mix in the lemon juice, if using, to add brightness and balance the sweetness.
- Transfer the juice into a storage container or bottle and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until chilled.
- Pour the chilled raspberry juice into glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries or mint leaves if desired before serving.
Notes
For a fun twist, add a splash of soda or sparkling water before serving or garnish with fresh mint for extra flavor.
