  • 1 cup cold brew concentrate or chilled espresso
  • 1 scoop about 25 grams vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Method
 

  1. Gather your ingredients and equipment by pulling out your shaker bottle or blender, measuring cups, and a tall glass.
  2. Pour 1 cup of cold brew concentrate or chilled espresso into your shaker bottle.
  3. Add 1 scoop (about 25 grams) of vanilla protein powder to the shaker bottle.
  4. Pour in 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup, if desired.
  6. Seal the shaker bottle tightly and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
  7. Fill your tall glass with ice cubes until it is about three-quarters full.
  8. Pour the shaken mixture into the ice-filled glass and enjoy immediately.
