Ingredients
  

Main
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup cold whole milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes

Equipment

  • Blender or food processor
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Two tall glasses
  • Spoon or spatula for scraping
  • Ice cream scoop (optional)

Method
 

  1. Gather and measure all ingredients.
  2. Place the peanut butter at the bottom of the blender.
  3. Pour the cold milk over the peanut butter.
  4. Add the vanilla ice cream to the blender.
  5. Drizzle in the honey or maple syrup.
  6. Add the vanilla extract and sea salt.
  7. Toss in the ice cubes.
  8. Blend on medium-high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth.
  9. Divide the shake between two glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh as the ice melts and the shake thins; chill glasses beforehand for extra cold drinks.
