Ingredients
  

Main
  • 2 cups of fresh watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple cubed
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup of sugar adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup of water or coconut water for extra flavor
  • Optional: mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Cut the watermelon and pineapple into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Step 2: Place the watermelon cubes into the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Step 3: Add the pineapple cubes to the blender and blend until well incorporated.
  4. Step 4: Pour the coconut milk into the blender and blend until the mixture is creamy.
  5. Step 5: Add the sugar to the blender and blend until it is fully dissolved.
  6. Step 6: Pour in the water or coconut water and blend until you reach the desired consistency.
  7. Step 7: Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  8. Step 8: Stir the chilled otai, pour into serving glasses, garnish with mint leaves, and serve immediately.
