  • 8 ounces brewed coffee hot
  • 1 tablespoon mushroom coffee blend or single packet
  • 2 ounces hot water if thinning needed
  • 2 ounces milk or milk alternative optional
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sweetener optional
  • Pinch of cinnamon optional

  • Coffee maker (pour-over, French press, or espresso machine)
  • Mug or cup for serving
  • Spoon for stirring
  • Small bowl or cup for blending mushroom powder
  • Electric frother or whisk (optional)
  • Kettle for heating water

Method
 

  1. Brew 8 ounces of strong coffee using your preferred method.
  2. Measure 1 tablespoon of mushroom coffee blend into a small bowl.
  3. Pour about 1 ounce of hot water into the bowl with mushroom powder and stir vigorously for 15 seconds to dissolve.
  4. Transfer brewed coffee into a warmed serving mug.
  5. Slowly pour the dissolved mushroom mixture into the coffee while stirring constantly.
  6. Add 2 ounces of milk or milk alternative if desired and stir to combine.
  7. Stir in 1 teaspoon of honey or sweetener, adjusting to taste.
  8. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top and stir to distribute.
