Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee cooled to room temperature
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce plus extra for drizzle
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Whipped cream for topping optional

Method
 

  1. Brew a strong pot of coffee and let it cool completely to room temperature or chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
  2. Pour the cooled coffee and whole milk into the blender.
  3. Add the caramel sauce and sweetened condensed milk to the blender.
  4. Pour in the vanilla extract.
  5. Add the ice cubes on top of the liquid ingredients.
  6. Blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth with no large ice chunks remaining.
  7. Divide the frappe evenly between two tall glasses.
  8. Drizzle extra caramel sauce inside each glass and top with whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. You can brew coffee the night before and chill it for quick preparation.
