  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup malt powder
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup optional
  • Whipped cream for topping

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients on the counter.
  2. Measure out 2 cups of vanilla ice cream and place it in the blender.
  3. Pour in 1 cup of whole milk into the blender.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of malt powder to the blender.
  5. Blend the mixture on high for about 30 seconds or until creamy and smooth.
  6. Taste the shake and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed.
  7. Pour the milkshake into tall glasses, filling them about three-quarters full.
  8. Top each shake with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup if desired.

Notes

For an extra thick shake, freeze your glasses for a few minutes before serving.
