Method
- Chill your glass and ingredients by placing the glass in the freezer for two minutes or filling it with ice.
- Fill the chilled glass halfway with ice cubes, leaving room for beer and juice.
- Tilt the glass and pour the chilled beer slowly down the side until it is three-quarters full.
- Measure two to three ounces of fresh citrus juice in a separate cup.
- Pour the citrus juice gently into the glass, watching the beer and juice create a gradient.
- Stir gently three to four times with a bar spoon to combine flavors without losing carbonation.
- Top with one ounce of sparkling water or club soda for extra fizz, if desired.
- Garnish with a fresh citrus slice or wheel and serve immediately.
