  • 2 cups of fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup of pineapple juice
  • 1 cup of cranberry juice
  • 1 cup of apple juice
  • 1 cup of mixed fresh fruits like strawberries, kiwi, and grapes
  • 1-2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup optional
  • 1-2 cups of sparkling water or soda for fizz

Method
 

  1. Collect all your ingredients and equipment to make the preparation smoother.
  2. Wash and chop your selected fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Using a juicer or blender, extract the juice from the oranges until you have 2 cups of fresh orange juice.
  4. In a large pitcher, combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and apple juice; stir well to blend flavors.
  5. Add honey or agave syrup to taste, stirring until fully dissolved.
  6. Gently fold in the chopped mixed fresh fruits to add texture and visual appeal.
  7. Chill the punch in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  8. Just before serving, pour in the sparkling water or soda and gently stir for a refreshing fizz.

Notes

Chill the juices beforehand for an extra refreshing punch!
