  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • Whipped cream for topping

  • Sea salt a pinch for the whipped cream topping

Method
 

  1. Gather and chill your ingredients to ensure a frosty texture.
  2. Pour 1.5 cups of chilled cold brew coffee and 3 ounces of Irish whiskey into the blender.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of simple syrup directly into the blender.
  4. Pour in 1/2 cup of heavy cream.
  5. Add 1 cup of crushed ice to the mixture.
  6. Blend on high speed for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth and frosty.
  7. Divide the mixture evenly between two tall glasses.
  8. Top each drink with whipped cream, dust with cocoa powder, and finish with a pinch of sea salt.

Notes

Best served immediately after blending to maintain the ideal frozen texture.
