  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream about 2 scoops
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Pinch of salt
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • 1 tablespoon butterscotch sauce for drizzle

Method
 

  1. Measure and gather all ingredients before starting.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup butterscotch syrup into the blender.
  3. Add 1 cup whole milk to the blender.
  4. Scoop 1 cup vanilla ice cream (about 2 scoops) into the blender.
  5. Add 1 cup ice cubes to the blender.
  6. Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 60 to 90 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  7. Drizzle 1 tablespoon butterscotch sauce inside each glass.
  8. Pour the blended mixture into the prepared glasses, filling about three-quarters full.
  9. Top each glass with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
  10. Drizzle additional butterscotch sauce over the whipped cream and serve immediately.

Notes

Chill glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving to keep the drink frozen longer.
