Ingredients
  

Main
  • 1 ounce whiskey
  • 1 ounce amaretto
  • 3 ounces Dr Pepper

Equipment

  • shaker or mixing glass
  • Jigger or measuring tool
  • Shot glasses
  • Bar spoon (optional)

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and equipment.
  2. Using a jigger, pour 1 ounce of whiskey into the shaker.
  3. Add 1 ounce of amaretto to the shaker.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.
  5. Place shot glasses on a serving tray or counter.
  6. Strain the whiskey and amaretto mixture into the shot glass, filling it halfway.
  7. Carefully top the glass with 3 ounces of Dr Pepper, pouring slowly to preserve carbonation.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your Dr Pepper Shot.

Notes

For an extra kick, chill your glasses in the freezer for about 30 minutes before serving.
