Method
- Chill the shot glasses in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before making the shots.
- Select a quality vodka, 80 proof or higher, that you enjoy drinking straight.
- Remove the chilled shot glasses from the freezer just before serving.
- Measure and pour 1.5 ounces (45 ml) of vodka into each shot glass using a jigger or measuring cup.
- If using mixers, pour 0.5 ounces (15 ml) of juice or mixer into each glass after the vodka to ensure proper layering.
- Gently stir the contents of each shot glass three to four times with a bar spoon to combine flavors evenly.
- Serve the shots immediately while the glasses are still frosted and the vodka is at peak coldness.
- Encourage guests to drink the shot in one smooth motion for the best experience.

Keep the vodka bottle in the freezer between pours so each shot maintains consistent temperature and quality.
