  • 2 ounces vanilla vodka
  • 1 ounce white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 ounce peppermint schnapps
  • 1 ounce half-and-half
  • Crushed candy canes for garnish
  • Whipped cream for garnish

Method
 

  1. Chill martini glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. Crush candy canes into fine pieces for rimming and garnish.
  3. Combine 2 ounces vanilla vodka, 1 ounce white chocolate liqueur, 1 ounce peppermint schnapps, and 1 ounce half-and-half in a cocktail shaker.
  4. Add ice to the shaker until it’s halfway full.
  5. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  6. Dip the rim of each chilled glass in water or simple syrup, then roll in crushed candy canes to coat.
  7. Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glasses.
  8. Top each martini with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed candy canes before serving.

Notes

For extra festive flair, drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glass before pouring the cocktail.
