Ingredients

  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 1 ounce dry vermouth
  • 1 ounce blue cheese stuffed olives
  • Ice for shaking

Method
 

  1. Chill the martini glasses in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. Assemble all ingredients on the counter.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice until it is about halfway full.
  4. Pour 3 ounces of vodka and 1 ounce of dry vermouth into the shaker.
  5. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  6. Remove the chilled glasses from the freezer and strain the mixture into each glass.
  7. Drop a few blue cheese stuffed olives into each glass.
  8. Garnish with a sprig of fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary and serve immediately.
