Ingredients
  

Main
  • 3/4 cup cold brew coffee concentrate or strong brewed coffee chilled
  • 1/2 cup whole milk or milk of choice
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes packed
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or sweetener of choice optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • Whipped cream for topping optional

  • Ice cube tray or ice maker

Method
 

  1. Pour 3/4 cup of cold brew coffee concentrate into the blender.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of milk to the blender.
  3. Pack 1 1/2 cups of ice cubes into the blender.
  4. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey or sweetener, if desired.
  5. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract, if using.
  6. Blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until completely smooth and frothy.
  7. Check consistency and add more ice if too thin or a splash of milk if too thick, then blend for 15 seconds more if needed.
  8. Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best results, chill your milk and blend immediately after adding ingredients to prevent melting and dilution. Make a batch of cold brew concentrate ahead to streamline preparation.
