Method
- Chill the punch bowl in the freezer for at least 15 minutes before assembling the punch.
- Pour the pineapple juice, lemonade, cranberry juice, and orange juice into a large pitcher and stir gently to combine, then chill for 2 to 8 hours.
- Wash and dry the lemons, limes, and berries; slice the lemons and limes into thin rounds and set aside with the berries for garnish.
- Fill the chilled punch bowl one-third full with ice to keep the punch cold without quick melting.
- Pour the chilled juice mixture into the punch bowl over the ice, stirring gently as you pour to mix evenly.
- Float the lemon slices, lime slices, and fresh berries on top of the punch for garnish and flavor.
- Let the assembled punch sit in a cool area for 15 to 30 minutes before guests arrive to allow flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, pour the chilled ginger ale into the punch bowl to maintain carbonation.
- Use a punch ladle to stir gently every 30 minutes and to serve, ensuring each cup gets juice, ice, and fruit.
Notes
Freeze some of the juice mixture in ice cube trays and use fruit ice cubes to keep the punch cold without dilution.
