- Pour 2 tablespoons of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar into a small glass or shot glass.
- Add 1 tablespoon of raw honey to the vinegar.
- Squeeze fresh lemon to measure 1/2 tablespoon of juice and pour into the glass.
- Add 1 tablespoon of filtered water to dilute the mixture.
- If desired, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or ground ginger for extra warmth.
- Stir the mixture with a long spoon for 10 to 15 seconds until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Taste the shot and adjust sweetness or acidity by adding extra honey, water, or vinegar as needed.
- Drink immediately or transfer to a small glass bottle and refrigerate for up to two weeks, shaking well before serving.
