  • 2 oz passion fruit puree
  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz vanilla liqueur
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz sparkling wine for topping
  • Ice for shaking
  • Fresh passion fruit for garnish, optional

  • Strainer
  • Jigger or measuring cup
  • Glass for serving
  • Stirring stick or spoon

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients on a clean workspace.
  2. Use a jigger to measure out the passion fruit puree, vodka, vanilla liqueur, and lime juice.
  3. Fill your shaker with ice.
  4. Pour the measured ingredients over the ice in your shaker.
  5. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  6. Use a strainer to pour the mixture into a chilled glass.
  7. Carefully pour the sparkling wine on top of the cocktail.
  8. If desired, garnish with a fresh passion fruit slice.

Notes

For an even more tropical experience, try adding a splash of coconut cream. Serve with appetizers like spicy shrimp tacos or a fresh fruit platter.
