  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz prosecco or sparkling wine

Method
 

  1. Gather all your tools and ingredients.
  2. Using a jigger, accurately measure out the vanilla vodka, passion fruit puree, lime juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Pour the measured ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
  4. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  5. Using a strainer, pour the mixture into your chilled glass.
  6. Top off your cocktail with prosecco or sparkling wine.
  7. Slice a passion fruit in half and place it on the rim or float it in the drink.
