  • 1 ounce peach schnapps
  • 1 ounce cream liqueur such as Baileys
  • 1/2 ounce orange juice

Equipment

  • Shot glass
  • shaker or mixing glass
  • Jigger or measuring cup
  • Strainer (optional)

Method
 

  1. Gather your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Using a jigger, pour 1 ounce of peach schnapps into your shaker.
  3. Pour in 1 ounce of cream liqueur.
  4. Add 1/2 ounce of orange juice to the shaker.
  5. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  6. Take your shot glass and set it on the counter.
  7. If desired, use a strainer to pour the mixture into the shot glass.
  8. Serve the shot immediately.

Chill your ingredients in advance for a more refreshing shot.
