  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package 3 oz flavored gelatin (any color/flavor)
  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Optional: whipped cream for topping

Method
 

  1. Start by bringing 1 cup of water to a rolling boil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the flavored gelatin to the boiling water and stir continuously until fully dissolved.
  3. Once the gelatin is dissolved, mix in 1 cup of vodka.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of cold water to cool down the mixture.
  5. Grab your shot cups and place them on a tray.
  6. Carefully pour the gelatin mixture into each cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
  7. Place the tray in the refrigerator and let the shots chill for at least 2 hours.
  8. Once set, remove the shots from the fridge and top with whipped cream if desired.

These jello shots can be customized with different flavors and served with a variety of snacks.
