Main
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cherries pitted
  • 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons cherry syrup
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream for topping
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons
  • Serving glasses
  • Spoon for stirring

Method

  1. Pit the cherries if they're fresh.
  2. In your blender, combine the pitted cherries, milk, ice, cherry syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Blend until smooth, ensuring there are no chunks of ice left.
  4. If the frappuccino is too thick, add a splash of milk to thin it out.
  5. Taste the frappuccino. If more sweetness is desired, add more cherry syrup and blend again.
  6. Pour the blended mixture into your serving glasses.
  7. Top each glass with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
  8. Optional: Drizzle some cherry syrup over the whipped cream for garnish.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can use frozen cherries for a frosty version. Experiment with toppings!
