  • 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce plus extra for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup optional
  • Ice cubes

Equipment

  • Espresso maker or coffee machine
  • Milk frother (optional)
  • Two tall glasses
  • Spoon for stirring

  1. Start by brewing your espresso using your espresso maker.
  2. Drizzle caramel sauce inside the glasses, covering the sides.
  3. Fill each glass with ice cubes, almost to the top.
  4. Slowly pour the milk over the ice, allowing it to mix with the caramel.
  5. If using vanilla syrup, add it now.
  6. Gently pour the freshly brewed espresso over the milk.
  7. Give the drink a gentle stir to mix the layers slightly.
  8. Top with extra caramel drizzle for finishing touch.
  9. Serve immediately while it’s cold and refreshing.

Notes

For an even creamier texture, froth your milk before adding it to the glass.
